Pets, Libraries, and Ongoing Debates

A library and archives comic featuring a basset hound, a miniature dachshund, and a blue and gold macaw.

Although inspired by my life, this comic is fiction and any resemblance to situations or persons past or present is entirely coincidental.

Welcome to Reality
Not my best work but not bad for an hour. The punch line for this one has been spinning in my head for a few weeks and I think this problem needs to be addressed, especially in this economy. Personally, I don’t mind being a project archivist because I get to work on interesting projects and it lets me tour without being stranded somewhere. However, grant writing isn’t my favorite thing to do, more like a necessary evil. Not that I’m not great at it, but I wish I had realized before going into grad school that my life would be so dependent on them. Well, I guess that’s just another example of the feast or famine that my artistic life engenders.
